Average salary for java/j2ee for 1.5 yrs exp

Hi guys,

Just wanted to know the average salary of java/j2ee guy for 1.5 yrs experienced. I have offer with product based company out of pune. The offer they have made is not at all lucrative given the stature of the company, also the company is giving the support project.

Average salary for the number of years in difficult to predict. It depends on the company to company.
And if you think that the particular company is offering less than what it is offering to their current employees then try negotiating.
Its better than regretting it after joining
