Hi,

I noticed next week the Java Ranch book promotion will be a book on Portlet Development. This is good timing! Also, the book being promoted is a *very good* book for those beginning portlet development.

My question has to do with the fact the discussion Category is this one: Web Application Frameworks. However, I saw advice given to go to STRUTS discussion group for answers on STRUTS Portlets.

I guess I have to ask as discussion on Portlets heats up will there be a Portlet specific discussion group?

I ask this because the Spring Framework has an MVC Portlet framework.

Cheers,
Mike

Struts Portlets? I haven't heard of those...

Well, Portlets haven't yet raised much traffic in our forums (others may correct me if I'm wrong) -- this week is probably going to be an exception because of the book promotion, though.

I agree with Lasse... as usual.
