I found this wall of fame : http://faq.javaranch.com/java/ScjpWallOfFame but I did not see any contact detail for asking to post your result there ((

So here is my info : I passed SCJP with 91% on 22 February 2010. I am from Azerbaijan, but currently live in Germany. And my next plan is to enter either SCJD or SCWCD. And here is my story : https://coderanch.com/t/486168/sr/certification/Passed-SCJP

Ok, figured it out, you just have to click Edit button above And put your javaranch username and password when prompted.
