tomcat
deploying from a warfile make sure the file extension is in lower case
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?> <web-app> <display-name>Calendar</display-name> <servlet> <servlet-name>action</servlet-name> <servlet-class>org.apache.struts.action.ActionServlet</servlet-class> <load-on-startup>2</load-on-startup> <init-param> <param-name>config</param-name> <param-value>/WEB-INF/struts-config.xml</param-value> </init-param> <init-param> <param-name>application</param-name> <param-value>ApplicationResources</param-value> </init-param> </servlet> <servlet-mapping> <servlet-name>action</servlet-name> <url-pattern>/action/*</url-pattern> </servlet-mapping> <!-- Struts taglibs --> <jsp-config> <taglib> <taglib-uri>/WEB-INF/tlds/struts-bean.tld</taglib-uri> <taglib-location>/WEB-INF/tlds/struts-bean.tld</taglib-location> </taglib> <taglib> <taglib-uri>/WEB-INF/tlds/struts-html.tld</taglib-uri> <taglib-location>/WEB-INF/tlds/struts-html.tld</taglib-location> </taglib> <taglib> <taglib-uri>/WEB-INF/tlds/struts-logic.tld</taglib-uri> <taglib-location>/WEB-INF/tlds/struts-logic.tld</taglib-location> </taglib> <taglib> <taglib-uri>/WEB-INF/tlds/struts-tiles.tld</taglib-uri> <taglib-uri>/WEB-INF/tlds/struts-tiles.tld</taglib-uri> </taglib> </jsp-config> <!-- Welcome File List --> <welcome-file-list> <welcome-file>index.jsp</welcome-file> </welcome-file-list> </web-app>

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <Context crossContext="true" debug="2" docBase="myApp.war" path="/myApp" reloadable="true" useNaming="true"> </Context>
