Pramati server, change server_patch.jar location.

We are using Pramati as application server, wherein a couple of applications are hosted.
For one of them, we require a different server_patch.jar than the one provided by the server by default.
Now, the default location of this jar is :C:\PServer\server\lib\pramati\ folder.
We cannot replace the existing default jar with this one due to two reasons:
1. This jar is being used by other applications, so cannot estimate the impact
2. The replacement is not permitted.

My question:
Can I put this jar in some other location, and configure for that particular application so that it picks from location instead of default and others pick the default one? If yes, then how? If no, then is there any solution for the jar problem?
