I know that MVC is architectural pattern,
can any one tell me the difference between architectural pattern,design pattern and architecture?
and i want to know struts follows which MVC architecture?(MVC 1 or MVC 2)

A design pattern is lower level than an architectural pattern. For example, "singleton" (having only one instance of a class) is a design pattern.

Architecture is more broad. Architectural patterns are used as part of the architecture.

Struts follows MVC 2. When people say MVC these days, they mean MVC 2.
