You used to be able to buy them from http://www.sunwear.sun.com/. However, this website is no longer up. Presumably Oracle is no longer selling Sun branded stuff.

As a former employee, that had tons and tons of Sun swag, I can say...

1. Most of the stuff is just crap. Wind up not using them. Or even bothering giving them away.

2. The quality of the t-shirts are crap. Don't have a single t-shirt left.

3. The mugs are actually not bad -- in fact, they are very good. I still have a bunch of mugs which I still use for coffee today. They don't match, but I use them regardless.

My brother used to work for Sun. Once, while he was visiting me, I noticed he had this awesome denim shirt. What made it awesome was this Sun and coffee cup logo on the pocket.
Being the smooth operator that I am, I "borrowed" it from him. I still have it

I think there are some sites where you can make custom t-shirts. I don't know if you could make one with Sun's logo. That would not be a real one though.

I've purchased cool Java merchandise on eBay. I have a mock turtleneck that I still wear.

Kausthubh... I know this might be illegal use of brands, but being a fellow Bangalorean for a few years, I guess where you can get this done.

1. Cups: Go to any GK Vale studios (there is one near Udupi hotel, and one behind Raheja arcade)
2. T-Shirts : lot of window stalls near Forum mall.

Get them the image you want to impose on your cup/tshirt, and go happy
