Even the latest struts book from Oreilly (2004) is on v1.1 only. Is there any struts books cover v1.2?

Struts Live may cover 1.2 - you'll have to ask its author:

Well, I checked both books. Both mentioned they covered 1.1 only in the preface/introductory chapters.

Quite disappointing as both of them are published in 2004.
