Hi All,

I am holding 2 offers from X and Y with same package. I have 4ys 8 mths of IT experience in Java/J2EE(Spring, Hibernate, JPA).
I am little bit confused about which offer to accept. Both are CMM Level 5 company.
X:
Pros: Big Brand, Banking domain.
Cons: Not sure about the technology to be put into, 1 yr probation period, Rs6000 is monthly variable pay which will be available only after probation period.

Y:
Pros: Media/Finance Domain, Technology will be superb and high end, 3 months probation period, No variable pay at all(I will not lose Rs 6000/- monthly).
Cons: Not a bigger brand than HCL.

Which offer I should accept? Please advice. I want to select a company which will help me to enhance my technical skills to the next level and also should not be a problem whenever I make my next switch to a separate company.
