You can use the Update Manager. Which version of Eclipse are you using ? In Eclipse 3.5, the Update Site URL is http://download.eclipse.org/tools/ajdt/35/update and in Eclipse 3.4, it is http://download.eclipse.org/tools/ajdt/34/update.

On the About Eclipse dialog, there's a Installation Details button. Press it, go to the tab called Features, and tell me the version next to Eclipse.org/Eclipse Platform.

Go to Help->Install New Software...,
In "Work with", copy/paste http://download.eclipse.org/tools/ajdt/35/update, and click Add...
In Name, type AJDT. Click ok.

The list of available plugins will be displayed. Select AspectJ Development Tools, click Next, and follow the instructions.
