Add Effect to Link

Hi All,

this code displays a link when a particular session value is satisfied
I want to display the link with some effect, I am thinking bold or Italics..
it will be every normal and everyday types, can someone suggest other effects and if those effects will work with Struts tags

FYI: blink tag is supported by very few browsers and is from like 1990's.
