Hi,

I've built a web service client using JAX-WS and it's ready, I only need to add the security header with signature.

I've been looking in here, but I couldn't find something straight to do.

I think it's something to do with the WSIT, but I'm not sure what to do or how to configure it's XML files.

appreciate your help

thanks,
Amjad

Hi!
If you are using WS-Policy elements in the WSDL of the service, then all you have to do on the client side is to drop the following JAR files from Metro in the client's classpath:
• webservices-api.jar
• webservices-extra-api.jar
• webservices-extra.jar
• webservices-rt.jar
• webservices-tools.jar
The client will then automagically configure itself for the policies in the WSDL.
Best wishes!

Thanks for the reply Ivan.

The WSDL I use does not have WS-Policy elements.

Any guide how or what to add?

Regards

EDIT: I don't need answer anymore. Original I was trying to build the client using AXIS/WSS4J and had some problems which are solved now.
