How much Salary to ask for in Pune Product based IT comapnies

HI , I have 7 years experience on J2EE (Spring,Hibernate,Web Services, EJB,JMS ) ,Struts, JSP etc ; experience on JBOSS,weblogic,webspehere app servers. How much I should quote for CTC in my next company ; I am looking for a change after a long time now ; My Current is around 11L

If you are applying to companies where HR Managers/ HR consultants do recruitment like buying vegetables, demand - supply ,

some formula like

experience * XYZ + demand / supply + ABC*offers in hand etc.


Then you will have to use some formula like this.


If you are applying to company who really value skills , then it depends on your skills, qualification, experience, role etc.
