I downloaded the sample text and code from Sourceforge and skimmed over it. It looks very good and professional. Well done!

Thanks to everyone! The text on the SourceForge is actually a very early draft. I know that I kind of tend to write starting from the middle of the sentence, and once in a while things get very convoluted. The printed version is edited, and is much clearer.

By the way, looks like something died at Amazon a few hours ago, and a bunch of books including mine are showing as not available. I hope, they get it back soon :-)
