Internet explorer has decided that my javascript requires "compatibility mode" to be turned on.

I have 2 linked radio buttons that execute different pieces of JS. What is strange is the problem is on the No button but only happens if you click yes first.

the JS that is executed "onclick" of the no button is below. Any Ideas?

I have solved this by putting a special tag in to tell IE to stay in IE8 mode as at http://blogs.msdn.com/b/askie/archive/2009/03/23/understanding-compatibility-modes-in-internet-explorer-8.aspx
