Hi,
I am new to WebSphere and trying to install application(ear file) using WebSphere admin api (JMX extenstions) on a remote WebSphere Application server v6.1.
WebSphere API says - "The EAR file must be on the same machine where the MBean is running"

Does this mean application should be placed on remote WAS Server or on client where the script to install application is executing?

Please help.

Thanks.

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
