Hello there.

I would kindly ask anyone for a bit of help on the following:

I have a class which extends View

This class has its own onDraw(Canvas canvas) to draw what i need on the screen.

What i need help is:

I need to draw a bitmap (or jpg, or png) on the Canvas. However, i would like to draw a part from the mentioned bitmap, not the whole picture.

Any help really appreciated.

Thanks.

Canvas class has a number of overloaded drawBitmap(..) functions. Are you sure none of them fit the bill?
