Information radiators, or BVCs ("big visible charts"), are designed to keep teams and others informed about progress on an agile project. What are some principles guiding their use?


This is the latest blog post in the Agile in a Flash series by Tim Ottinger and Jeff Langr. Pragmatic Programmers will be publishing card decks this fall. Each deck will contain 52 concisely summarized cards, useful for reference, discussion provoking, and so on.
