i have installed oracle 10g on windows 7 in my laptop.

However, while installing the agent, i am getting the error as "ORA-12546: TNS:permission denied"

I have installed the software through administrator privilige only.

Still, i get the error. I tried starting the listner through command prompt, still i get the same error

Can any one help me how to solve this problem.
