Problem with Log in to the prometric site ?

Hey All the ranchers

As I told you in a previous post ,I passed SCJP 6 with a score of 80% .And I got a mail from SUN with MY SUN ID .So now I can log in to the sun certificate database and see my certificate there .No Problemo about that

But I tried to see my exam report through prometric on the same day I completed the exam(although I got the printed version from the exam place ). Then I saw I need to enter a password and a userID there .I guess userID will be my prometric ID .But I didn't had any password .So I went to "new user " link and create a account there . After I log in there was no candidate history . And Now it doesn't allow me log in again. When I try to recover password using email address it says "Duplicate email address".

What I think is there would have been another account for me before I created the account myself( Unless How Could I take the exam?)
But I didn't notice this at first time .And created another account. My problem is why such a technical site allows someone to use an existing email address to make a new account .They should have notified me "this email address has been already in use" .Then I could guess "ah I seem to have an account here " . Instead of that they now say "duplicate emails " .

Anyway ranchers please help me with this.I may be wrong with the above conclusions ?will it be a problem for me ? Do I need to take any further steps ?
