Hi there
I have a small issue and wonder if there is anybody out there that could help me.
Basically, on my propose solution for part II, I want to use AOP for security and auditing. The problem is I really don’t know how to express that on the component and on the sequence diagrams.
I guess for the component diagram I can just put a component name AOP Security with a couple of “uses” here and there.
For the sequence I really don’t know what to put and I would not want to start guessing.
Any pointer would be very much appreciated.

Thank you very much

Roberto

I have the following to say:

I would presume that AOP will finds its way into the component diagram. Representing AOP in the class diagram would only make the diagram clutted.
It makes more sense to use a AOP wrapper (a seperate division) across the components (which could be servlets, EJBs etc) in form of a UML component, within which we should be having all the other components.

Any inputs techies?
