Hello All,

We are setting up local test server (WPS 6.1 with WAS 7) to run our application on local host.
Our existing code file execute some shell scripts (*.sh) kept at apps server at /home directory. So in code files to call that shell script we use the path as-

private static final String REPORTADMIN_DELETEFILE = "/home/<application_name>/product/bin/reportadmin_removefile.sh";

but to run the script from local host we need to put script in our respective PCs. So is there any other way that we keep the script in any server and or project user area and specify the path in code files.

We have tried keeping the scripts at C:\ drive and specified the path in code file as-
private static final String REPORTADMIN_DELETEFILE = "C:\\FILEUPLOAD\\reportadmin_removefile/.sh";

But the page is hanging. Can anyone guide?

Thanks,
Manisha

Manisha,
I'm not clear on what you are trying to do. .sh scripts don't run on Windows.
