Hi,

I am working for an airlines project and I have a requirement to display the route a flight takes to reach a destination from a source. I can for the time being put my own intermediary points through which the flight goes through..It needs to be done through google maps api and java script. I just dont know how to start at all and completely blank
Could some one please let me know how to proceed or the articles on net which I can refer to accomplish this task..This is my project and I am only personnel who is supposed to work on this and I dont have slightest clue.

Thanks In Advance

Have you read the API? http://code.google.com/apis/maps/index.html

Seems like the logical place to get started.

And if you need to draw lines between the intermediate points, you can use a JS library likes this one. I used it a few years back and found it very easy to use (unfortunately the web application I developed using this library is not publicly accessible).

Google's map api provides the ability to draw lines between points. No need to involve other 3rd party code.

Oops! I had to have a look at Google Map API myself, before posting.
