Hello,

i am receiving this Console related error. I thought it was being caused by the amount of text being output to the console so I pushed the majority of output text through a logger implementation. Now there are only a few System.out.writeln. however i still see this error.

This applet does not use swing. It is a 1x1 pixel applet which communicates with a server.

Any comments, ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks

Console? Why are you using the console at all in an applet? Since the user doesn't normally see the console, my idea would be to just stop doing that.

For anyone who happens upon this issue I have found that this error occurs only when there is a large amount of data waiting to be written to the console at the moment when the console is opened. If the console is opened prior to the data build up, the error does not occur. So this appears to be a bug with the java class which handles the console.
