how to develop the struts application without using any IDE.
I have already worked in developing struts application using Eclipse IDE.
I just want to learn how to develop without IDE.
Please give overall idea.

I'm not sure I understand the question: just write the configuration and code, and deploy. What part(s) are you having problems with?
