I think this will be my final battle with SC.
Since I started
SCJP at 2002,
SCJD, SCWCD, and till
SCEA, I had got invaluable help from this forum. Lots of people come and go, but their knowledge and ideas pass on.
I had a hard time on my part 3 essay exam. I had 2 hours setup by the personnel at
test center, and the timer is counting from the moment I answered the poll questions.
All 8 questions need to be allocated to 2 hours, so 15 minutes per question is needed.
I felt I had so many thing to typed in, so the first question cost me almost 30 minutes, and I speed up, at last I got 10 minutes for the last question, and I think I had tons of points need further explained.
Another thing needs to be noticed is that you might want to go through all the questions at the first 3 minutes, so you will know how much time each question is probably needed, and what the question is.
Remember that the copy and paste is DISABLED in the test software.
Thanks to the exam evaluators, they seem understand my situation, and they also understand that the essay is a way to test your skills to deal with some real situation with reasonable methodologies. So I passed.
The conclusion is to allocate your time evenly, and remember you CAN go back to review and change your previous answer after you skip to the next one, so it is better to go through the questions till question 8.
