What do you mean by "brand" in this context? Note that there are no public UDDI registries left at this point; the ones that existed have been shut down years ago.

You mean to register my web service (My book 2004, refers to IBM & MICROSOFT PROGRAMMATICALLY Register) exist a fee?

what now exist UDDI?

No, I mean that those registries (as well as the one operated by SAP) no longer exist, so you can't register services there for any price.

Yes, gone for good. UDDI is rarely used, much less publicly. If you need a registry then you need to run one yourself; the WebServicesFaq points to a couple of Java implementations.
