Passing an array to oracle stored procedure

hi Guys,

i have the codes below that passes an array of string to a stored procedure.

public int deleteAddressBook(String[] ids, long userId) {
		int statusCode = 0;
		OracleCallableStatement ps = null;
                Connection conn   = null;
		try{
			conn = DBConnectionManager.getDBConnectionFromPool(DB_POOL);

[b]			ArrayDescriptor arrayDesc = ArrayDescriptor.createDescriptor("STRING_ARRAY", conn);
			ARRAY arrayParameter = new ARRAY(arrayDesc, conn, addressBookIds);[/b]

			String getAllAddressbookQuery = "{ CALL SP_DELETE(?,?) }";
			ps = (OracleCallableStatement)conn.prepareCall(getAllAddressbookQuery);
[b]			ps.setARRAY	(1, ids);[/b]
			ps.setLong	(2, userId);

			ps.executeQuery();

		}catch(SQLException sqlExc){
			return -1;
		}
		return statusCode;

after executing this code, i receive the error message below:
weblogic.jdbc.wrapper.CallableStatement_oracle_jdbc_driver_T4CCallableStatement

Please help me on this one.
