sending request parameters from JSP to bean  RSS feed

Ok , I am facing this issue in IE 7/ IF 8,

I need to send certain attributes from JSP to beans,but my url is getting too long due to which page in not displaying anything . it works perfectly in FireFox ,

i am using window.open("url" ......);

my url is quite long ..
i need dat values in my bean

any suggestions

why don't you use <jsp:useBean> and <jsp:setProperty> from within your jsp only ...

no i dont this it valid solution for me as its not 100% bean file as i am working on product developement ...i cannot call it as 100% bean file

ohk ... then you can use EL functions or <% scriptlets %> but they are not a good practice i suppose

Hi ravindra,

Can you elaborate the way you are sending the attributes to the bean, and the scope of the bean if any.
