there is the book by Andrew Monkhouse (see the ScjdFaq for more info). It contains everything you need to pass this certification

Other than Andrew's book, there are a lot of threads in this forum that discuss how the assignment can be designed, choices, and all the other aspects of this certification... so you can use it as well. Pretty much everything you need to know is here!
