How to generate WCF client using visual studio OR what are the steps? Can i expect similar question in exam?

Yes, you can expect questions about at least some part of how to create a WCF client to a Java web service.
There is a step-by-step guide in section 10.4 in my SCDJWS 5 study notes that can be found here:
