Error Code : 1064 when creating stored procedure in mysql

Hi,

am trying to create a simple stored procedure in mysql but it ends with Error Code : 1064

CREATE PROCEDURE myproc() // even if I add 'IS/AS' here the same error comesup. 
BEGIN
SELECT * FROM tblstudent;
END
