Please list some interesting things currently in your refrigerator.

Mine is quite full, but among many other things I've got leftover Indian takeout, four different jars of peanut butter, three bottles of Sierra Nevada IPA, half a package of wonton wrappers, and some tofu.

Cockroaches. Lotsa cockroaches. Got them at walmart in retail.

I am preparing myself for the nuclear melt down. Since they are the only things that will survive, might as well train myself to eat them at an early stage.

Lots of delicious red seedless grapes (they're on sale at Sam's club), About 10 different types of hot sauce (anyone every try Marie Sharp's? One, Lottie's, is so hot, that you don't want to touch your eyes after handling the bottle), and pickles.

Mine is quite full, but among many other things ... three bottles of Sierra Nevada IPA,...

I'm not much of a hop-head, but am more into malt. I've just bought and can't wait to get into a case of Sam Adams Octoberfest with five, count 'em, five varieties of malted barley. Yum!

Not much, because I'm going on holiday tomorrow.

- Fruit juice
- 3 beers
- 1 bottle of white wine
- an opened bottle of ketchup
- a jar of mayonnaise

That's it!

With sour cream and a boiled potato in it, ice cold, it works for me.

Cheese
Cream Cheese
Ham
Blueberries
Yoghurt
Pesto Rosso

And food cans and jars that normally don't have to be cooled as "chilliness buffer" to save energie. The fridge is a little bit too big for me. I have such an (euro?) standard combi with 2/3 cooler and 1/3 freezer. Vice versa would be perfect for my needs but that isn't available.

Interesting! I just went and looked this up on Wikipedia. This sounds somewhat similar to Gazpacho, which I do like; I make several variations on that, one which includes chopped hard boiled egg. I don't know where you would get kvass around here though.

Go to the closest Russian store, the one you get your kefir from.

The Chopin and pickled onions have been in heavy rotation.

I'm stocking up on real food again tomorrow. Or the next day. Monday at the latest. (Maybe Tuesday...)
