Video Streaming

Hello,

I am assigned to develop a Streaming Server in JAVA with a team of 2 Developer (including me). I was wondering about the time required for the task and how should I start about it?

I am suppose to answer about the time tomorrow morning.

Kindly suggest.

Have you nailed down all the requirements yet? Without knowing those in detail you can't make a serious estimate.

Thanks for replying.

The requirements are as following,
1. I don't have to use any ready made streaming servers.
2. I have to provide mechanism such that the Video should not get download at the client end.
As far as my study goes this is only possible through Streaming Server.

No. Right now I am working with Windows Media Server as the time required to develop a Streaming server will be even more than the project duration.
