I have almost done with the struts 1.2 to 1.3.10 upgrade. But stuck with tiles. following error occured during page loading.

my tiles layout page is

And even having broken link at

<tiles:getAsString name="systemTitleShort" ignore="true" />

Can you please help me out with this issue.
