Hi All,

I am using a open source WYSIWYG editor in javascript. In IE when I hit enter it starts a <p> tag but in firefox it starts <br> tag. Can any one tel me solution for this. I want to force my editor to generate <p> tag for enter key.

Other editors have this as default. TinyMCE for example has this option configurable. And i think CKEditor too.

If you have to use this editor, you could postprocess the content with the javascript function split('<br/>') and surround the resulting chunks with <p> tags and put them together again before you send it to the server.

I have tried working on that but doesn't seems to be 100% perfect. I have found code that works fine at IE

I want this kind of similar code for firefox. Can anybody help me on this?
