Hi,

I try to deploy Axis in tomcat. I am following the below tutorial, http://ws.apache.org/axis/java/install.html

But when i try to go under webapps in tomcat and click axis..following message display, We've moved to an internationalized top page. The new URL should be automatically loaded after 5 seconds. If you want to visit the new site immediately, please click the above link.

and then the following exception occures,

I have look at axis\WEB-INF\classes and also found i18n.properties and i18n_ja.properties and some classes like SOAPMonitorApplet$ServiceFilterPanel.class etc.

I dont know how solve this,

HTTP Status 500 -

note The full stack trace of the root cause is available in the Apache Tomcat/6.0.18 logs.

Due to project requirement I have to use Axis because the project use 1.4..I have successfully deploy a service with Axis2 where i directly found a war file. But in Axis i cant find a place to directly download a war file. If you know a place please tell it also.

Thank You.

Hi,
You can directly copy axis folder from $AXIS_HOME/webapps/ to $TOMCAT/webapps/
Also check if the happyaxis is working fine and all the dependencies are resolved .
Please let me know in case it doesnt work.

Regards,
Amit
