How a file in hard disk become byte stream?I want to know internal mechanism.

This is only one stream, But can be read as object, as char, as int as....

How?May explain about internal mechanism?

How a hard drive works at the physical level. The operating system is responsible for interpreting the hard drive data as a file system which is how we access the data as a stream of bytes. The JVM can further refine that view of the data into Java-specific data types through the IO and NIO classes. See the Java IO Tutorial for examples.
