I don't think the book is available as a download. I believe you have to buy a hard copy, although it does come with a disk containing a digial copy of the book.

i think its better if you buy the hard copy, believe me, its totally worth it.
reading a book from the screen is tiring and annoying. for me i couldnt even read the notes i found on the faq page from the screen, i just printed them out.

so either you buy a new copy or used from ebay. or try to look in the public library. good luck
