doesnt got you , when we make JFRAME AND DESIGN a frame and then we want to edit the source code generated for labels , button , it is not performed !!

You can't edit the generated source code manually. You can only use the visual tool within NetBeans itself to generate the source code for you.
 
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
