Struts 2 Cancel Button

I had a problem canceling a form in a Struts 2 app and went googling for "Struts 2 Cancel Button". One of the hits was the Struts 2 Announcement Page which says:

Easy cancel handling - The Struts2 Cancel button can go directly to a different action.

I can't find any reference to this functionality in my books or the Struts documentation. The Struts 2.0.6 home page has this code:

 <s:submit action="Register_cancel" value="Cancel" name="Cancel"  onclick="form.onsubmit=null"/> 

Is that what the announcement is talking about?
