Hi,

I have a piece of code like this:

There is property called "selectedChannelName" in my bean.
The values in the dropdown come from the mainframe db. the values are intranet, internet and extranet. I want intranet to be selected by default.

Any ideas to do this?
Code snippets would be welcome.

simply set the property in your action form before forwarding to the jsp, as in:

uploadDocumentForm.setSelectedChannelName("intranet);
request.setAttribute("UploadDocumentForm", uploadDocumentForm);
