Hi ,

While going through the @Policy Annotation of Message Level security under JAX WS .
I came across this line .

Please specify what does this mean actauuly ??

The @Policy annotation specifies a single policy file, where it is located, whether the policy applies to the request or response SOAP message (or both), and whether to attach the policy file to the public WSDL of the service.

What does this line mean actually ??

"whether to attach the policy file to the public WSDL of the service"

Thanks .

Hi!
First I have a question to you: Where (in which package) do you find the @Policy annotation?
I weren't able to find it in the JAX-WS API documentation, but I may have missed something. Perhaps my API documentation is too old.

Regarding the attaching of a policy file to the publicly available WSDL, I want to refer to the answer of your previous question here:
http://www.coderanch.com/t/510550/Web-Services/java/Uisng-Message-Level-Security-JAX
I think attaching a policy file to a WSDL means that the WSDL will contain, either by importing or inlining, a policy file.
Best wishes!
