Hi I am a Java Developer with over 10 years of experience located in India. Strong in Java and working with ECM project (Spring) and another Struts project currently. I am looking for offers for job in UK for long term. Any pointers would be highly appreciated.

TIA,
- Manish

One option would be to apply for UK HSMP visa, get the Visa on your own, go there and search job.

check this site for your eligibility for getting Visa

Other option could be I read https://coderanch.com/t/476487/Jobs/careers/Job-Market-Salary-India this topic where OP claimed his company giving him option of relocation to London - 65K Pounds + Bonus to retain him. You can find such companies.
Good luck.
