Hello,
The current job market, in my country (Greece), is asking for Project Managers, or else developers with more than 4 years experience.
My MSc in OO programing, or other qualifications/examinations do not seem enough!
Places for beginners are extremely rare and beyond the scope of this topic.
How do I make it up to there?
Should I hire a project manager to teach me? How can this be organized?
Are there any projects open for me, online or not?
Should I go for a PhD? What thesis should I look for?

..

Or what?

Rocco.
