how to buy a SCJP ticket

hi all,

I want to book a time slot for the SCJP6 exam . Can anyone guide me as where i can get the ticket ( i mean how to book the ticket or voucher ) . Please do elaborate on the difference between the voucher and ticket .

There is nothing like ticket related to SCJP AFAIK. You don't even need a voucher now. You can pay your prometric center directly and schedule your exam...

The voucher is not available in some Prometric Centers (in Bangalore, India)
Especially when they use third party services, like NIIT.

In that case, you can buy voucher online Prometric or Whizlabs

And then visit the test center whenever you're ready to give the test.
There is no need of advance booking as such, as they've many computers.
To be sure, you can give a call to Prometric Center before going.

Yes their is no need to buy a Voucher now..
when i have given the exam..i just called them before one day and booked a slot and after reaching their i paid them the fees..
