You need to have contacts. You need to build a network. Start with smaller organizations and build up your contacts. Check amazon for any good books on this to learn from some one who is experienced.

To
establish a company
you need YEARS of experience in huge number of real life projects.

How many years of experience and huge numbers of real life projects had Mark Zuckerberg when he launched Facebook?

You will find exceptions in every field. Your argument borders on rhetoric. What I suggested was the normal route which most people take, but yes if you have that special 'zing' in you and are brilliant like Mark, you may not need YEARS & MANY PROJECTS. But that is rare.

some encouraging links

By the way, there are many examples of successful people who became entrepreneurs early in their career as there are people who became entrepreneurs late.

There are successful highly educated entrepreneurs as well as there are entrepreneurs who did not have high education when they started their business.

There are even examples of people who have lot of experience in their career but they failed when they started business.

I would suggest be careful in what you do with thinking, planning etc, it is not rule that you need lot of experience to start business.

Many big companies have started in garage, small space, lack of resources.

You need people willing to buy what you create. Years and Projects are utterly irrelevant. The absence of them does not guarantee failure, and the presence does not guarantee success.

Cheers!

Facebook also had luck. They were in the right time/place and hit on an idea that became popular. They were in college when they started Facebook as I recall. Which means they could take a risk without having to worry about putting food on the table.

I agree that experience doesn't guarantee success. But starting a company with no experience and nobody known to hire you doesn't seem wise. Why should someone hire your company?
