Make user to enter the notes in the dojo grid

Hi All,

In my application, we have requirement where user will have to enter his comments/notes, before doing any operation. So, I am using the Dojo's DataGrid to display already entered notes, with the userLogin and timestmp. Now, I have to make this DataGrid, in a way that, the user can enter his comments in this datagrid and also i want the the comment entered by the user set to some hidden filed. Can anyone give me some ideas please?
