Issue in <jsp:include>  RSS feed

I need to confimed wtherther it really works or not ..

i have defined StringBuffer and in dat i am appending some HTML tags like <td> and also i have added Jsp include like this

sb.append"<jsp:include page=\""+dataBuffer.toString()+"\"/>");

and i am printing whole stringbuffer but i am not seeing my included jsp is getting called ...
will it work
this is output i am getting on console

What is a "dat"?

dat means that , short hand notation i thought i got the answer
