Folks,

I am planning to go for SCEA since I am more interested in Designing. Any suggestions are welcome. I will be glad to hear from you all.

Hello,

In the high level the part 1 contains all the JEE techniques, but it doesn't go too much to the details. You have to know for example is the EJB suitable for some business situation or which design pattern is most suitable for some business problem. The part II is about designing the application with UML. And part 3 is the essay. I think I got personally a broader view on the JEE specification after completing the SCEA. So I warmly recommend doing the SCEA. Before I started it I thoght it could be really difficult, but now later I think it was only hard work.

Good luck!

BR,

Mika
